[HN] VIETSEEDS RISE - RISE 2025 CLOSING DAY IN HANOI

On the weekend of May 17-18, the RISE organizing committee in Hanoi provided the Northern RISERs with an incredibly memorable 2-day & 1-night Closing Trip, marking the successful ending of the RISE 2025 program.

In addition to the presence of all VietSeeds students who are members of RISE this year, the trip also had the honor of welcoming Coaches from various departments - Ms. Kim Hien, Ms. Phuong Nguyen, Ms. Huong Giang, and Ms. Hai Anh; Judges included Ms. Huyen Ton Nu Cat Tuong - CEO & Co-founder of VietSeeds, Ms. Ngoc Anh - a long-time mentor and trainer of VietSeeds, along with the participation of Ms. Thu Vu - the trainer for the Workshop as part of the event.

The trip began with the presentation of the solution for the third Case Study by the teams from RISE 2025. After two initial Case Study sessions to research the market and shape the new beverage product Green Coco, phase 3 is the stage where departments delve into detailed planning, strategizing business through SWOT analysis model along with charts and visual data to highlight the product's market potential. The teams have closely collaborated with each other, knowing how to coordinate between the roles of different departments to work towards the common goal of the entire company, bringing forth innovative and breakthrough proposals to help the new product develop sustainably. RISERs received a lot of valuable feedback and suggestions from the judges and coaches, as well as encouragement and praise for their significant progress compared to the previous two presentations, contributing to a smooth and impressive Pitching Case Study 3.

Closing Day RISE Hanoi continued with a workshop under the theme "Office Outfit Coordination," led by Ms. Thu Vu - Founder and CEO of Passii.vn, a highly popular consignment fashion channel in Vietnam. Bringing basic knowledge about fashion, from how to harmoniously coordinate outfit colors to appropriately shaping personal style, Ms. Thu Vu addressed all students' questions about office style as well as sustainable fashion. Therefore, the students gained new perspectives on mode and personal look, as well as appropriate strategies for their wardrobes both for school and work.

To summarize the event as well as the entire RISE program over the past 6 months, Ms. Cat Tuong shared heartfelt words of advice and encouragement with the RISERs. The mentors, trainers, judges, and RISERs also experienced earnest moments together within a close-knit ambience. VietSeeds was also pleased to award certificates to all the RISERs, along with the following prizes: Best Department - Operation team, Best RISERs - Tran Van Linh (Operation Department), Tran Hong Hanh (Marketing Department), and Nguyen Thi Hien (Finance Department).

We would like to extend our most sincere and profound gratitude to everyone who participated in this meaningful 2-day, 1-night Closing Trip. See you soon with even more new and exciting things in the VietSeeds RISE upcoming season!
