On Sunday, April 13th, the HCM RISERs officially entered the presentation session for solving the second Case Study within RISE 2025 – where each group had the opportunity to present their analyses, evaluations, and proposed development strategies for the next phase of the program.
 

The event honorably welcomed the special appearances of Ms. Nguyen Duc Thuy Anh – Program Director of VietSeeds, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha – CEO of Rise HCM 2025, and Mr. Lam Nguyen – Member of the STU (Saigon Technology University) Council & Co-founder of i365.
 

For Case Study 2, the participating teams were given the challenge of undertaking a market penetration and development strategy for the new product "Oishi Green Tea Hokkaido Corn" – a green tea infused with the unique flavor of Hokkaido corn. The groups analyzed consumers and industry trends to clarify market potential, while also proposing several breakthrough strategies such as launching a communication campaign on TikTok and creating packaging concepts that reflect Japanese influences.
 

The presentation was not only an opportunity to summarize what has been achieved over the past time but also a valuable chance for each of the RISERs to shine, demonstrate strategic thinking, and exhibit excellent teamwork, as well as to "equip" themselves with valuable skills, confidence, especially the spirit of commitment to move forward. With professional performances, positive energy, and unceasing spirit of learning, the groups delivered creative, practical, and passionate presentations – all contributing to a morning full of inspiration and quality.
 

VietSeeds believes that through the second Case Study, the RISERs have somehow grown better – not only in skills but also in mindset and leadership spirit. Each of them is shining in their own unique way – that is what VietSeeds is always proud of.
