On Sunday, December 8, 2024, the training session on "Project Financial Management" was successfully held in Ho Chi Minh City under the guidance of Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, a highly experienced Mentor - Coach who has accompanied the VietSeeds community for many years.

The training content focused on practical skills such as : how to choose an appropriate treasurer, developing a realistic financial plan, managing cash flow throughout the project, and especially preparing for funding applications through three important phases : PRE - ON AIR - FOLLOW UP.

With the full participation of 38 Seeds from all project groups, the attendees demonstrated high concentration, asked many practical questions, and actively interacted with Mr. Khoa. The valuable knowledge not only helped the participants feel more confident in managing projects but also equipped them with important skills for the upcoming journey.
