On Sunday afternoon, March 17, 2024, the students participating in VietSeeds RISE program in Hanoi delivered a presentation outlining their solution for the first case study. This achievement comes after more than a month of collaborative effort and learning among the RISERs.

The event featured the participation of several distinguished individuals. Ms. Trần Lê Quỳnh Nga, Project Manager at VietSeeds, Ms. Đỗ Kim Yến, Consultant/Program Manager at Deloitte Vietnam, and Ms. Trương Ngọc Dung, Head of Executive Search & Selection at PersolKelly Vietnam, served as judges. Additionally, two advisors, Ms. Kim Hiền, HR Coach, and Ms. Trúc Chi, Finance Coach, were present.

During the event, each department presented their proposed solutions, fielded questions from other departments, and received feedback to enhance their proposed plans. This experience provided a genuine opportunity for RISERs to tackle real-world business challenges. The collaborative environment allowed departments to learn from one another, work together, and generate innovative ideas for the development of Rising Star, the private school involved in the first case study. Following this inaugural presentation, the students gained a deeper understanding of practical work scenarios they will encounter in their future careers, along with valuable and intriguing lessons.
