On January 21st, Ho Chi Minh City RISERs had their first presentation after a month of diligent work with their Coaches and members in their department.

This presentation was attended by Ms. Doan Trang Ha Thanh, Executive Director of Lazada Vietnam as a special judge of case study 1, Ms. Nguyen Duc Thuy Anh, Program Director of VietSeeds, Ms. Tran Le Quynh Nga, Project Manager of VietSeeds, and all RISErs from six departments.

The presentation began with the Strategy department, who had an impressive opening with innovative proposals for the new model of Rising Star company. Then, the Strategy department, as the leader, introduced the other departments to present their proposals to the Board of Directors (B.O.D) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.

After the presentation, each department would receive questions from other departments and the judges to elaborate and clarify their proposed ideas.

They also received constructive and helpful feedback from the judges to improve the solutions that they had presented, and to find out what points that their department needed to enhance, as well as what points to pay attention to in the real working environment.

VietSeeds believes that after this presentation, our RISERs have gained a lot of valuable experience and lessons about the reality of working in companies, as well as how to work together as a team and collaborate with others.
