On Sunday, December 15th, the Mentor - Mentee Orientation was successfully held in a lively and exciting atmosphere of the weekend morning across three regions: Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City. The event welcomed students from various generations of VietSeeds - from F11 to F14 - along with all the mentors who have been accompanying the organization throughout the whole time.

Under the leadership of Ms. Thu Trang - National Operations Manager of VietSeeds, this was the annual and exclusive meeting of the year that provides an opportunity for mentors and Seeds to gain a better understanding of how VietSeeds operates, as well as its exemplary training programs and mentoring. Life stories were shared, as well as moments of heartfelt conversations that helped connect the Seeds and mentors. The sharing session flowed in a warm and intimate ambience, everyone was pleased and comfortable to participate.

Along with interesting interactive activities, both sides had the chance to exchange and listen to any concerns, and gather valuable experiences to build a truly effective Mentor - Mentee relationship. The sincere messages from the mentors and Seeds will undoubtedly serve as a valuable asset for the inspiring journey of connection and development onwards.
