On Sunday afternoon, March 19, 2023, the training session on the theme "Working with different styles of people" was successfully conducted with guidance from Mr. Tran Vuong Thai - Former Development and Training Manager of Hoan My Group. More than 30 RISErs actively participated in this event. 

During the training session, Mr. Thai introduced participants to various personality tendencies and how to collaborate with individuals exhibiting different personality styles. In reality, each person possesses diverse personality tendencies, but certain tendencies tend to be more prominent and typical. Adapting to the distinctive personality tendencies, especially those different from our own, can pose a significant challenge. 

Whether in the professional or academic realm, collaboration with others is indispensable. Therefore, it is crucial for individuals to understand their own personality tendencies, desires, and simultaneously comprehend the tendencies of others. Understanding the aspirations and preferences of others enables individuals to adjust their expectations, behaviors, and actions effectively to achieve desired work outcomes.
