On that journey, VietSeeds met and officially shook hands with Van Houston Academy.

Van Houston Academy is the first school opened by Vietnamese people in the U.S. The school was founded by Mr. Van Tan Hoang Vy (Mr. Van) - Master of Education at the prestigious Stanford University. Not only does the school impart knowledge, it also promotes moral education and a healthy lifestyle for the children. Education with love, compassion and responsibility are the criteria that Van Houston Academy teachers always want to create the best learning environment for students to help them become knowledgeable future citizens who live responsibly with family and society.

As a partner, VietSeeds will support Van Houston Academy in recruiting middle and high school students in Vietnam to study abroad in the U.S, while also providing communication support - contributing to spreading core values and school activities and events to more interested audiences.

Accompanying Van Houston Academy is one of the important strategic collaborations of both educational organizations that have many similarities in human values and transparent commitments when investing in people. Hopefully this will be the motivation for both VietSeeds and Van Houston Academy to be more steadfast in pursuing the mission of "nurturing the generation of social change makers".
