The buddy connecting project was launched with the goal of connecting first-year university students with senior students, with the intention to establish a companionship for sharing and quickly addressing problems and questions from the first-year students. In this project, first-year students had the opportunity to participate in workshops organized exclusively for them, engage in conversations with seniors from the same school and field of study, and receive guidance and advice whenever they face challenges.

In the end, the team successfully established 10 pairs of Senior-Freshman, organized two workshops, and shared many meaningful experiences together. Teacher Bui Tran Phuong, a member of the Knowledge Seeding Embassy Department of VietSeeds, shared with the team, "Learning from failure is even more valuable than learning from success." Despite the project not achieving as many results as expected, it served as an experimental learning opportunity, allowing the team to improve and refine their approach for future community projects.
