On the afternoon of June 9, 2023, the RISE program in Hanoi successfully organized a visit to Decathlon, with the participation of operational managers, human resources managers, and production managers, as well as nearly 30 VietSeeds students.

During the visit, students learned about the history, core values, and distribution, operations, and production process of Decathlon, one of the largest sports retail stores in the world. In addition, students were given a chance to directly interact with the store system, understand how products are divided and arranged, and how to design the best customer service experience.

Through discussions with Decathlon staff, students could feel the love of sports, the enthusiasm and responsibility of people in the Decathlon team. The sharing session also revealed many interesting job opportunities for VietSeeds students, as Decathlon will soon open a new store in Vincom Mega Mall - Times City (Hanoi).
