After nearly eight months of hard work and effort, the Pay It Forward project for the academic year 2023 - 2024 has successfully concluded. To mark this colorful journey, all teams and mentors had the opportunity to sit together and reflect on the past period at the wrap-up session on the morning of June 23. 

The event took place in a lively and warm atmosphere throughout the whole sharing of the 9 project teams. The students highlighted the results achieved in phase 2, while also sharing their improvement after receiving feedback and advice from mentors in the previous phase recap along with the pitching session, leading to some worthy achievements for their projects.  

Following their presentations, mentors and students engaged in discussions and shared different perspectives on various issues, thereby finding answers for themselves : 

• How to ensure team members take responsibility for the project? 
• How to organize an effective meeting? 
• What needs to be considered when working with external partners on projects? 
• How to smoothly and successfully transition a project? 
• How to effectively delegate authority? 

During the passionate debate moments, the students have been able to filter and understand valuable knowledge for themselves, not only in project execution but also in studying and work in general. In addition, mentors have also provided additional feedback on how to present project reports for the content to be appropriate according to each context. 

The program concluded with the students being awarded certificates of participation in the project as a spiritual gift to encourage their endeavour and striving performance during the whole time. VietSeeds would like to express sincere gratitude to the presence of the following mentors : Mr. Lu Hoang Duc, Ms. Tran Le Quynh Nga, and Ms. Le Hoan Anh Mai in this closing session. Hopefully, this journey has been a meaningful one to all the Seeds, contributing to a solid foundation for them on the path of self-development in the future.
