WINGS is a project that teaches and shares soft skills through the Zoom platform, for high school students at three high schools in Ninh Hòa Town, Khánh Hòa Province. The project aims to provide information, knowledge, and experience on essential soft skills for students; build educational topics that are close and open for participants to have the opportunity to unleash their potential; raise awareness of the role of soft skills in the lives of rural students, creating motivation to develop their skills.

After a period of operation, the project successfully organized 3 soft skills enhancement classes, actively promoted communication work on the fanpage with over 3,000 likes, and each post averaged 500 views. In particular, the project team has called for the support of sponsors, supporting 100% of the budget for these classes. 

In addition, the WINGS project was also honored to receive the advice of educator Bùi Trân Phượng - a member of the Wisdom Seed Board - VietSeeds Ambassador Board for Growing Knowledge for the period 2021 - 2023. The active activities of the students are a testament to the Pay It Forward spirit that VietSeeds has been nurturing for over 12 years.
