On June 13th, the monthly Mentor Sharing session was successfully held online for students from all 3 regions with the topic "How to ask the right question," led by Mrs. Tran Le Quynh Nga - Project Manager of VietSeeds.

The reason why asking questions correctly and effectively plays a crucial role in everyone's work and life is because it is the key to knowing how to gather information, get a hold onto the issue, and then search for solutions. With practical examples, Mrs. Nga helped the students understand that asking questions frequently is not necessarily the right thing to do, but it is also important to focus on the method of asking questions. To do this, we need to Determine the purpose of asking - Choose the type of question - Choose keywords to ask.

In addition, according to Ms. Nga's sharing, restricting oneself with the thought "I already know that" will inadvertently limit the openness and desire to learn new things. At the same time, to overcome the invisible fear of judgment or the impact on relationships with others, students need to begin with accepting and overcoming that psychological barrier by asking appropriate questions. After understanding the considerations and methods of asking questions, students have moved on to the practical phase, with Ms. Nga pointing out common basic mistakes when asking questions, and finding suitable ways to deal with them.
