On the afternoon of Saturday, December 23, 2023, a Mentor Sharing session took place with the theme "Conquering Employers," led by Mr. Nguyen Vu Phu Linh - an expert in personal development training and international leadership development training. The program was organized online with the participation of students from three regions and students from outside VietSeeds.

Despite being conducted online via the Zoom platform, the program's atmosphere remained lively thanks to interactive activities such as games and questions. In this sharing session, Mr. Linh focused on informing students about the criteria employers use to evaluate candidates. This knowledge helps individuals understand whether they are suitable for certain positions and identify areas for improvement. Subsequently, after determining one's position, participants learned how to score points with employers. Additionally, attendees gained insights into the three essential rules when seeking employment, with compatibility being a particularly crucial factor.

Finally, in order to seize dream opportunities, participants received valuable advice and techniques on preparing resumes and answering interviews. These skills are essential for each individual's success.

It is hoped that despite the relatively short duration of the sharing session, participants were able to accumulate valuable insights, preparing themselves to embark on the journey of impressing employers from their early years as first and second-year students. This proactive approach aims to garner high praise from employers, thereby increasing opportunities for personal advancement.
