"Family", "Relatives" are Ms. Trang Nguyen's favorite phrases when talking about VietSeeds and Seeds. As a "national mother", Ms. Trang always gives her "children" warm love. She is not only an SCL but also belongs to one of the first generations of the VietSeeds family. Therefore, the 10-year historical milestone of VietSeeds Foundation will surely bring her special emotions and impressions. 

Q: What impresses you most when you interact with VietSeeds students? 

A: I am deeply impressed with the way students in VietSeeds show their love. When interacting with each other, people here are very friendly, caring, and naturally share with each other. It can be said that such delicate behavior has made me feel the kindness in each of my friends. 

Q: What do you think about the "Resilient Seeds" image? 

A: "Resilient Seeds" is absolutely unique and inspiring. In other words, it somehow represents the qualities of the Seeds, one of which is perseverance to strive to the bitter end so as to achieve success in both work and life. And I think, not only VietSeeds students but students in general today should also build and spread this image. 

Q: What do you feel about the group activity model at VietSeeds? 

A: For me, this is a very unique and meaningful model because resembles the structure of a family and a organization. The family structure is that there are bami and mami as adults in the house. They are regarded as a tower of strength that you can completely confide in whenever you encounter any problem. Besides,  the other Seeds in the group are similar to brothers and sisters in the family. People right here are always ready to share, love and sympathize with each other. In this relationship, you are always respectful, devoted, carefree and stay pure with an honest heart. It can be said that the model has brought the warmest and sincerest love which a number of Seeds are not lucky enough to receive. The group model is similar to a miniature organization because there are leaders at the top. There are people who regularly remind you of what to do and closely monitor your progress through the time. These headers especially organize professional and practical knowledge training programs for you to get engaged and enrich your knowledge and skills. Indeed, this is a very good model. After all, it grants you such a valuable opportunity to perfect and cultivate yourself both emotionally and intellectually. 

Q: Can you share an unforgettable memory with VietSeeds? 

A: The precious moments at the Opening Ceremony last year are still vivid to me right know, especially the moment when I see you guys standing on stage and watching the clip of your growth. More than anyone else, what mothers and fathers like me hope for most when doing this job is to see our children grow up and lead meaningful lives. Those moments made me feel so happy and satisfied. I am an moody person so when I look back at the past, as a witness and companion, seeing my friends growing up and my small strength exerting such a positive influence on them, I am full of happiness and pride. 

Q: As a companion, what do you think about VietSeeds' 10-year journey? 

A: 10 years for me is a very critical milestone with profound impressions and VietSeeds has a very long road ahead. As one of the first generation of Seeds, I have witnessed how arduous and difficult the starting journey was and how struggling it has been for our organization to reach this development. And indeed, as the next generations grow older, VietSeeds becomes more and more professional like a real organization, bringing more value to students and society. 

When it comes to this milestone, I feel very proud to be part of the organization. An organization that is truly meaningful to society. And you are absolutely powerful factors to get to today. I believe that the next journey will not only stop at 10 but also 20, 30 years and beyond. 

Q: What is one thing you want to send to VietSeeds on this 10-year milestone? 

A: Dear VietSeeds, if you still feel lonely or disadvantaged, remember that you have a real family here. There is a brother or a sister who is always by your side, accompanying you and feeling ready to stretch their arms to welcome you back. You have been very lucky people to have a second family - a place that not 
 only helps you receive family love but is also a place that equips you with knowledge and brings you closer to valuable opportunities in study and work. I hope that, in this important milestone, we will together look back at the 10-year milestones of VietSeeds, as well as send each other a promise to make better performance to help VietSeeds spread its values and its good messages to society.
