This is the second training session within the VietSeeds RISE 2023 program in Hanoi. The event was a great success with the theme "Business Email Writing." The training session was led by Mr. Do Thanh Cong - Head of Training at the Human Strategy Management Academy (HSM) - also the 7th-year mentor of VietSeeds. The session also included the participation of 20 RISEs.

During the training, students learned how to write professional emails in a business environment. The training session was dynamic, with participants engaging in warm-up activities, group work, and exchanges among groups to explore "Key factors for creating a professional email" or "Optimal email writing processes." Additionally, real and relevant questions from the students provided valuable lessons.

The most notable aspect of the training was the opportunity for practical application rather than just memorizing theory. Before and after the training session, students were assigned tasks, and Mr. Cong provided direct feedback for each email. The organizing team was delighted to see the students applying what they had learned and making significant progress. As Mr. Cong emphasized, email writing skills are essential, akin to breathing, and it is crucial to learn to “breathe” correctly.

Following the training session, RISErs undoubtedly gained practical and valuable insights. It is hoped that they will apply these skills not only during their participation in RISE but also as they enter the professional working environment.
