At the beginning of April, F14 students in Hue had the opportunity to participate in a training under the theme “Time management”, led by Ms. Huyen Ton Nu Cat Tuong – Managing Director & Co-founder of VietSeeds.

Throughout the session, Ms. Tuong provided the students with a highly logical knowledge system, from the Time Management Matrix with four key components - Urgent, Effective, Wasteful, and Distracted, to 7 impressive time management tips. The students were introduced to the "20-minute" principle (intense focus for 20 minutes, followed by a short break, then keep going) and the benefits of becoming a “morning person”.

Furthermore, Ms. Tuong presented scenarios for the students to apply the knowledge just acquired, how to say "no" to unnecessary time-consuming tasks, while also learning to dedicate some "Me Time" to avoid burnout.

At the end of the lesson, participants were better aware of the fact that time is a non-renewable resource, and how we use it will determine the quality of our lives, turning 24 hours each day into opportunities rather than burdens. Once again, VietSeeds extends our gratitude to Ms. Tuong for the meaningful lesson, proving that "time management" is not a dry discipline, but an art of proactive living.
