To help the new F15 students clearly understand the role of asking the right questions in the process of clarifying problems, seeking solutions, and promoting commitment to action, on the afternoon of Sunday, January 4th, the training session on "Action Learning - Solving Problems and Learning Simultaneously" was held at Hue Innovation Hub in Hue city. This is an intensive training activity aimed at developing critical thinking and learning ability through practical experience.

The program was accompanied by Master Le Quang Truc - an expert in the fields of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Green Marketing, and Business Development Services. With a solid academic background and practical experience, he brought the Seeds clear and highly applicable perspectives on the Action Learning method in study and work.

The training session was designed with an experiential approach combined with practice, through group activities and handling specific situations. During continuous exchanges and discussions, participants had the opportunity to directly observe how Action Learning operates, while clearly understanding the role of each member in the group. From there, they gradually practiced active listening skills, asking focused questions, and approaching problems systematically.  

Although seemingly a simple method, Action Learning plays a foundational role in enhancing team work efficiency, supporting decision-making, and developing problem-solving thinking.
