On the afternoon of March 29th, students from generations F13 and F14 in the Central region participated in the "Project Management Skills" training session as part of the Pay It Forward program in Hue, accompanied by mentor Than Trong Ngoc Tram.  

The session provided participants with an overview yet very detailed picture of how to run an effective project - from setting goals, analyzing stakeholders, planning, dividing tasks to monitoring progress. Not only focusing on the process, they also explored important factors that help teams operate smoothly such as clear communication, reasonable role assignment, and building trust during collaboration.  

A highlight of the session was the sharing around common obstacles in project work, especially in team coordination. Through real-life scenarios, our Seeds not only understood the issues but also had the opportunity to reflect and adjust their own working methods.  

The training concluded with an open exchange between the mentor and the Seeds, offering clearer perspectives and boosting their confidence on the journey of participating in and leading projects in the future.
