On Saturday, March 22, VietSeeds successfully organized the training session "Working with different styles of people" in Hanoi, with the participation of RISERS from the northern region, led by Ms. Ngoc Anh - a familiar Trainer to many generations of VietSeeds students, along with the presence of Ms. Vo Hai Anh - Coach of the Operations department.
 

Through the lesson and practical sharing from Ms.Anh, students learned about building networking, finding the right direction in communicating with different personalities in the corporate environment as well as real-life situations through personality tests and situational exercises.
 

In addition, they had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of themselves through the DISC assessment: Dominance - Influence - Steadiness - Compliance, working in personality groups to find the most optimal communication methods with others. RISERs somewhat realized that personality categorization is only relative - the important thing is that people need to separate themselves from "labeling," and be more proactive and flexible in different communication situations.
