On the morning of March 15, 2025, VietSeeds successfully held a presentation on the solution for the second Case Study as part of the RISE 2025 program. The event took place in a friendly yet professional atmosphere with a judging board that included Ms. Huyen Ton Nu Cat Tuong  – Co-founder & Managing Director of VietSeeds, Ms. Hoang Hai Yen – Human Resources Consultant at Vietez Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – CEO of RISE Hanoi 2025. Additionally, coaches from various departments also participated to support and accompany the RISERs: Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang from Marketing Dpt and Ms. Vo Hai Anh from Operation Dpt.
 

During the presentation, the teams focused on analyzing and presenting the business strategy for the new beverage product – GreenCoco. Our RISERs demonstrated thorough preparation, with fulfilled presentations based on the SWOT model, along with charts and visual data to highlight the product's attractive potential. Notably, the departments did not hesitate to propose creative and breakthrough suggestions to help the new product compete and develop sustainably in the market.
 

Next, the Q&A session between departments and the jury contributed to a lively debate, helping the RISERs refine their ability to defend their viewpoints while also learning from different perspectives. Alongside praise and encouragement, the jury also straightforwardly pointed out the shortcomings that teams needed to address to enhance the quality of their presentations. Some groups still struggled with presenting data coherently, organizing content that was not truly convincing, or not fully leveraging the potential of the proposed solutions. The feedback from the mentors not only helped the participants identify strengths to build upon or weaknesses to improve but also provided practical experiences for further development in upcoming Case Studies.
