Recently at the end of June, VietSeeds successfully organized a 2-day Closing Trip on the 28th and 29th, marking the end of the challenging yet exciting 6-month journey of RISE 2024 in Hanoi, with the participation of 14 RISERs and coaches from various departments. The event also welcomed the presence of Ms. Cat Tuong - Co-founder and Managing Director of VietSeeds, Ms. Quynh Nga - Project Manager of VietSeeds, Ms. Thu Trang - National Operations Manager of VietSeeds, and Ms. Ngoc Dung - School Partner Manager at IEG Global.

During this trip, RISERs once again worked together to solve the 3rd Case Study, which was the final business case within the framework of this year's RISE program. Throughout the whole presentation, they effectively applied the knowledge and skills acquired from previous case studies in solving core issues through various criteria. Each department brought its own distinct and outstanding color, receiving valuable feedback and words of encouragement from the judges and coaches.
Ms. Cat Tuong expressed her contentment in what the students have achieved after an arduously striving journey. Ms. Dung - Coach of the Operations department emphasized the maturity not only in knowledge but also in the proactive learning and creativity spirit of VietSeeds students. As for Mrs. Quynh Nga and Ms. Thu Trang, they commended the efforts and positive changes of the students, while hoping that RISE will flourish even more in the coming years.

The journey continued with the exchange of heartfelt letters under the guidance of Ms. Phương Thao - the Operations Team Manager in Hanoi. This was the time for everyone to share emotional stories, giving each student the opportunity to reflect on themselves and express their feelings in the letters to be handed to their most impressive and appreciated person. Needless to say, each RISER is a precious gem in the VietSeeds family, shining brightly after a long journey of overcoming all difficulties to achieve the success they have today.

RISE Hanoi 2024 officially concluded with the award for the team with the highest score throughout the whole journey, which was eventually the Finance department. VietSeeds would like to express sincere appreciation to all the judges and coaches who have always accompanied and supported VietSeeds in general and the students in particular during this meaningful 6-month period. Congratulations to the RISERs who have excellently completed the program, and hopefully the knowledge and experiences that they have gained will continue to contribute to their further development in the future.
