On January 13, 2024, RISE Hanoi held an interview and group meetup to select potential candidates. The program was attended by 19 RISERs and coaches from various departments. 

The program began with a one-on-one interview session for RISERs to apply for their desired departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operation. The interview took place in a serious and professional atmosphere. RISERs were given feedback from coaches on their performance during the interview, especially valuable advice for an effective interview. RISERs are sure to have gained valuable practical lessons for their future interviews. 

Afterwards, the departments had their first official meetup. Members and coaches had time to get to know each other in a lively discussion about the upcoming RISE journey. Everyone also expressed their determination to resolve difficult challenges of the 2024 VietSeeds RISE season.
