On May 6th, VietSeeds successfully organized a visit to the Shopee Hanoi office under the guidance of Ms. Ha Minh Loan – a veteran mentor of VietSeeds, along with genuine welcome from the Shopee team, all of which created an incredibly memorable meeting.

As soon as they stepped into the office, the students were able to admire a modern, professional, yet equally friendly working environment. The dynamism and liveliness of the Shopee employees brought a sense of kinship and inspiration to the young people. Areas like the pantry and relaxation spaces – designed for employees to unwind and recharge – have attracted their full attention. This is not just a workplace; it is also a realm that encourages creativity and connection.

Continuing the tour, the students had the opportunity to learn about Shopee's five core values: "We stay humble, We run, We serve, We adapt, We commit". Shopee's culture is encapsulated in three inspiring mottos: Simple, Happy, and Together. These latests not only shape their way of functioning, but also serve as their compass to build an environment that fosters sustainable development for employees.

Participants also received insights from Shopee representatives about internship programs and attractive job opportunities at the company. Specific information about the work process, organizational structure, as well as practical experiences shared by the seniors have helped the young students better understand how this leading e-commerce enterprise operates.

The exchange gradually became more lively with the Q&A session, where the Shopee team answered the addressed questions and shared their professional valuable experiences, helping the students gain a clearer vision of their future career paths.
