On the morning of Friday, December 27th, RISERs 2024 had the opportunity to visit the Decathlon store in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. The event was conducted by Mr. Quang Huy - Store Manager and Ms. Le Giang - Representative from the Human Resources department.

Under Mr. Huy's guidance, the participants had the chance to explore each display area and understand how products are arranged to optimize customer experience. They were truly impressed by the design tips and learned many valuable lessons.

It was not only a simple visit, but also an opportunity to discover the inspirational story about Decathlon's development journey - from a small store in northern France to one of the largest sports equipment suppliers in the world. The team's responsibility and intense passion for sports at Decathlon, true to the motto "Sport is our DNA", deeply inspired each student.

The tour concluded with a Q&A session about operations and exciting job opportunities at Decathlon, alongside fun games with attractive prizes, creating unforgettable memories.
