On the morning of May 5th, VietSeeds successfully organized a training session on the topic "Teamwork Skills in Projects" for the 12th generation of students in Hanoi, with the participation of Ms. Ha Thu - a journalist, Career Advisor, and long-time mentor of VietSeeds.

At the beginning of the session, Ms. Thu shared interesting stories and personal experiences, allowing the students to have a more genuine view of teamwork methods with keywords such as "right role" and "right task". Through games, questions, and real-life situations presented by Ms. Thu, the students had the opportunity to interact with each other to understand the "S.T.A.R.L" model - feedback skills to settle teamwork issues along with practical applications. As a result, they learned how to compliment and encourage each other, thereby maintaining a positive attitude for all tasks to be carried out effectively.

The training session ended in a moderate and joyful atmosphere, yet full of emotions, providing students with valuable knowledge and diverse experiences about teamwork skills in projects. VietSeeds would like to extend deep gratitude to Ms. Thu for her companionship and support in this program.
