On April 21st, VietSeeds successfully organized a training session on Growth Mindset for the 12th generation of students in Hanoi with the participation of Ms. Truc Chi - Strategy Manager at IEG Global.

The session went smoothly with a variety of engaging and interactive activities led by Ms. Truc Chi for the F12 students, helping them to meet, connect, and learn from each other. In addition, Ms. Truc Chi shared insights on the concepts of growth mindset and fixed mindset, as well as the influencing factors and tips for developing a positive thinking. As a result, the students drew profound lessons for themselves, understanding the benefits of a growth mindset, and thus striving to improve their thinking and apply it effectively to their future work and studies.

Hopefully this experience will contribute to helping the students better receive and transform these valuable skills and knowledge into efficacious tools for their future goals.
