On the afternoon of December 3, 2023, VietSeeds successfully hosted a teamwork skills training session for its 13th-generation students. This was the first training session in the Presentation Project series for first-year students at VietSeeds. The session was led by Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, a trainer and long-time mentor at VietSeeds.

During the training session, F13 students were divided into groups and worked together to plan a two-day, one-night trip. The students were very serious and really focused on teamworking during the period. After the preparation time was up, the groups had the opportunity to present their trip plans and receive helpful feedback and evaluation from Ms. Anh.

It is hoped that after this training session, the students will be able to draw their own lessons about group work skills, such as how to communicate effectively between group members, how to divide work efficiently, how to unify the common goals of the entire group, and many other lessons.

The opening training session for the Presentation Project series was a success, and there will be many more training sessions and fun activities for F13 seeds in the future.
