On the morning of June 1st, 2024, VietSeeds successfully organized a Follow-up session for the "Social Emotional Learning” (SEL) course in Hanoi. The F13 students had the opportunity to meet and chat with Ms. Ngoc Giau - a Master of Educational Psychology, Head of the Emotional Education Department at HUTECH University, and Ms. Cat Phuong - a Master of Mental Health and Applied Psychology, Co-founder & Director of the Mental Health Care Program at Menthy. 

At the beginning of the event, Ms. Giau guided the students on how to express their emotions and reviewed what they had learned and practiced during the SEL course held at the end of April 2024. Moreover, the students shared the difficulties they had encountered during the past period as well as the progress made after completing this series. The two trainers have listened and provided sincere feedback to help the students find the right direction for the future. 

With a practice on the theme of “Gratitude" - writing a thank-you note to a classmate, the follow-up session concluded as a beautiful memory, bringing a valuable spiritual gift for the students to look back on and draw strength from in the future. VietSeeds would like to extend sincere appreciation to Ms. Giau and Ms. Phuong for their enthusiastic companionship in bringing knowledge and experiences to the F13 students.
