On the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025, F14 Hanoi students experienced a memorable class on "Communication Skills & Networking Development" with Ms. Hai Anh – CEO of the "Chắp Cánh Tuổi Thơ" bookstore chain.

The training began with lively interactive activities as students were arranged into three groups based on interesting criteria such as name, birthday, and height. In the "5-minute searching for common ground" challenge, they practiced listening skills and quick connections – the basis for better identification of common barriers in daily communication.

Continuing the program, the students worked through the analysis of real communication contexts with various audiences, broadening perspectives and learning to react more flexibly in all situations. The dialogue challenge also helped students practice critical thinking, ask questions, and listen actively. Notably, with the "Group presentation on Questioning Skills" activity, students were provided with various interesting viewpoints through realistic examples, from which they derived principles and strategies for effective questioning.
