At the beginning of July, RISE 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City officially concluded with a Closing Trip in Long An, combined with a presentation on the 3rd Case Study, with the participation of RISERs and coaches from various departments. The event was honored to welcome the enthusiastic judges from VietSeeds, including : Ms. Tran Le Quynh Nga - Project Manager, Ms. Nguyen Duc Thuy Anh - Program Director, Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang - Nationwide Operations Manager, Mr. Tran Dang Khoa - Finance department Coach, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ha - Legal department Coach, Mr. Thai Khuong Dien - Sales department Coach, Mr. Truong Thanh Tra - Strategy department Coach, and Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Thao - Human Resources department Coach.

To kick off the program, each department proposed and discussed with the Board of Directors to bring about promising strategies for RISE Edu in the future. The students had the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during the previous Sketchnote workshop and process the speech in a "handwriting" format. This marked the distinctive feature of the final case study presentation within the framework of RISE 2024.

Also during this discussion, the exchanges and questions from the judging board somewhat delved deeper into the information presented by the participants from various perspectives. Representing the coaches, Mr. Tran Dang Khoa sent a message to everyone that when addressing issues, one should wonder "How can I do better?" This broader viewpoint fosters proactive thinking for oneself and the team in handling any arising challenges. Ms. Quynh Nga also advised paying attention to "What if I can't do it?" to better understand potential risks and thereby come up with practical and effective solutions.

On the evening of July 6th, everyone enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the appreciation ceremony, together reflecting on memories and significant moments throughout the whole journey. Gifts were exchanged as a profound gesture of gratitude for the companionship and effort over the past 7 months from all RISERs, coaches, and the organizing committee.
