On March 30th of 2024, a training session on Teamwork Skill for the F12 generation students was successfully organized in Ho Chi Minh City. The program featured a variety of interesting and vibrant activities which was led by Mr. Nam - Operation Training Manager from Lazada Vietnam. 

Alongside innovative teaching methods through games or practical contexts, Mr. Nam and the students had a very meaningful learning period. They have gradually mastered the 70-20-10 studying prototype and have experienced various types of activities that help develop thinking and emotions, such as "Raising the stick", "Time management - One team, One dream", etc., bringing valuable lessons and essential principles when working together in a group. Moreover , the students have also tried out the D.O.P.E personality test, thereby gaining a better understanding of themselves, learning how to understand and accept the common points as well as the differences of each individual. Therefore, they could punctually revise any flaws for the group to process smoothly and achieve results worthy of their efforts.   

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.  Regardless of any realm in life, teamwork spirit is the decisive factor for the success or failure of a group. After this training session, hopefully the students will have a greater perception of teamwork skill and gain necessary knowledge to carry out confidently the upcoming projects within the framework of the Pay It Forward journey.
