On April 14, 2024, the F12 students in Ho Chi Minh City participated in a training session on "Project Financial Management Skills," led by Mr. Tran Dang Khoa - Wealth Manager at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC), one of the leading securities companies in Vietnam. 

The session provided important knowledge and skills for students to enhance their project financial thinking in order to improve project management in general. They were able to learn how to smartly seek financial resources for projects, along with standards for selecting suitable project financial managers to ensure effective capital utilization. 

Mr. Khoa also shared specific steps in project financial management, along with key tips to attract sponsors easily. Maintaining good relationships with sponsors is crucial for long-term positive results, as well as a fundamental factor in the financial field to spread the value of the "Pay It Forward" spirit - a core principle for project success. 

In addition, some students raised concerns about personal financial management related to their projects. With Mr. Khoa's dedicated guidance, many uncertainties have been clarified, allowing students to confidently apply their acquired knowledge to put up and operate their projects effectively, contributing to creating positive values for the community.
