On December 10, 2023, the RISE program in Ho Chi Minh City conducted the Interview & Team Forming session. The program witnessed the participation of 44 RISERs and interviewers from various companies and corporations such as Momo, Decathlon, HSC, PNJ, and more.

The program began with the interview session, where RISERs took turns participating in one-on-one interviews to apply for positions in different departments of RISE Co., Ltd, including HR, Marketing, Legal, Strategy, Sales, and Finance. After this interview segment, the interviewers shared feedback and suggestions regarding the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate, as well as insights for future real-life interviews.

Following the interviews, each department had its first official meeting. During this time, members of each department, along with their coaches, had the opportunity to get to know each other and align on their working approach throughout the RISE 2024 journey. The discussion process was lively, with enthusiastic participation from RISERs expressing their expectations and aspirations for their own RISE journey and that of the team.

The organizers hope that participants gained authentic experiences from a real interview session, along with valuable lessons and improvements that can be applied to future interviews. Additionally, the organizers extend sincere thanks to the coaches and interviewers for dedicating their time to accompany and share insights with RISERs during the recent interview session.
