On Sunday, December 3, the kick-off event and the training session on "CV Writing and Interview Skills" took place vibrantly with the participation of Ms. Nguyen Duc Thuy Anh - Co-founder & Program Director of the VietSeeds Scholarship Fund, Ms. Tran Le Quynh Nga - Project Manager, coaches, and more than 44 VietSeeds students. This marked the first milestone in the meaningful journey of talented and promising RISERs.

The RISE program by VietSeeds not only brings a simulated business model closer to students but also incorporates training and workshops for participants to accumulate knowledge and practical experience. RISE 2024 simulates a company structure comprising six departments: HR, Marketing, Legal, Strategy, Sales, and Finance. In its fifth year of organization, RISE has expanded its reach to students beyond VietSeeds for the first time, adding diversity to the program and introducing new colors to RISE 2024.

The first meeting of RISE was filled with joy and enthusiasm. RISERs posed interesting questions continuously and received valuable advice in return. For RISE, students are encouraged to learn and experiment, allowing them to participate and challenge themselves in departments or fields unrelated to their current majors. This is not only a challenge but also a valuable experience for RISERs preparing to step into the job market.

On the same day, RISERs had their first training session on CV writing and interviews. The training was led by Mr. Doan Nguyen - an outstanding executive recruiter in the Manufacturing Industry with over 20 years of experience. Through the training, participants learned how to create a comprehensive and polished CV, gaining an advantage in the first 3-5 seconds with recruiters. The trainer also highlighted important points for a smooth interview process. In addition, RISERs had the opportunity to practice interview skills and receive guidance on crucial aspects for future interviews.
