On the morning of December 14th, the F15 Seeds in Ho Chi Minh City participated together in a training session on the topic “Communication and Networking Skill” as part of the S.E.E.D 2025 program, led by Ms. Nguyen Duc Thuy Anh - Co-founder and Program Director of VietSeeds. The event provided a warm, close-knit learning space where communication was approached not only as a skill but also as a journey of self-understanding and connecting with others.

The session began with a simple drawing activity, helping the F15 Seeds to name their emotions and thoughts as they entered the meeting. From there, creative greeting activities and group work gradually erased distances, encouraging participants to express themselves naturally and sincerely in communication. Through exchanging and listening to each other, the Seeds had the opportunity to reflect on their own communication styles while learning from diverse perspectives of others.

A key part of the training was the 5C model (Control - Confident - Calm - Clear - Concise) vividly shared by Ms. Thuy Anh, helping participants understand how to master their emotions, maintain presence, and convey messages more effectively in conversations. The training concluded with the “Sweet as a candy” activity, bringing meaningful moments of connection through words of recognition and appreciation for one another.
