On January 12th, VietSeeds students enjoyed a morning full of energy and inspiration through a Teamwork Skills Training led by Mr. Nam - Operation Training Manager at Lazada. This was not just an ordinary theoretical class, but a journey of exploration and practical application, helping participants better understand the value of collaboration and team spirit.
 

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Nam introduced the 70-20-10 model to the students, emphasizing the importance of:

• 10% theory: The foundation for understanding correctly and doing things right.
• 20% learning from others: Listening to and absorbing experiences from teammates.
• 70% practical experience: Try it and do it to understand yourself and improve every day.
   

Next, with the game "the whole group lifts the stick with one finger," which seems simple but is actually very challenging, after many attempts and failures, the groups concluded the truth: "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together."
 

It is also important to mention the DOPE personality test - an opportunity for participants to explore their strengths, weaknesses, and their roles within the group.

The training session concluded with many valuable lessons about teamwork skills, helping students not only to understand themselves better but also to learn how to collaborate effectively with their teammates.
