The presentation of the solution plan for the first Case Study within the framework of RISE 2026 by RISERs from the Northern region took place on the weekend of January 31st in Hanoi, with the participation of the judges and Coaches responsible for each department, including : Ms. Ngoc Le - CEO & Coach of Sales, Ms. Minh Hue - Coach of Marketing, Ms. Nhung - Coach of HR, Ms. Thanh Huong - Coach of Finance, as well as the presence of Ms. Thu Trang Le - National Operation Manager of VietSeeds. This is considered the first professional activity, helping students become familiar with the case study presentation format, while also approaching the process of critique and feedback closely aligned with the real working environment. 

In the presentation, the departments demonstrated serious preparation, a sense of responsibility, and a receptive attitude. The Hanoi RISERs showed highly effective teamwork through clear role division, smooth coordination, and efforts to convey ideas coherently within the timeframe allowed. The provided content not only reflected the research and discussion process of each department but also showed proactiveness in approaching the problem and proposing suitable implementation directions.

The exchange and feedback from the Judges and Coaches are the highlight of the event. Through specific and directional comments, the students gained a more multidimensional perspective on problem analysis, solution building, and optimizing operational processes in each department. At the same time, they also clearly identified the areas that need further improvement in idea implementation, presentation skills, and the connection between content sections.

Closing the first presentation session, the RISERs not only achieved an important milestone, but also accumulated many valuable practical experiences. This is considered a necessary kick-off step, helping them get familiar with the working pace, strengthen confidence in presenting, and be more prepared for the upcoming case studies in the journey alongside VietSeeds.
