On April 5th, as part of the RISE 2026 program, a training session titled “Decoding Skincare and Things to Know” took place in a lively atmosphere, with the participation of RISERs from the Northern region, led by Dr. Tran Minh Thuy - Master, Dermatology Specialist at Vinmec Times City Hospital in Hanoi.

Starting the session with “Why - What - How” questions, Dr. Thuy helped the Seeds approach skincare systematically, from understanding their own skin, building a suitable care routine, to recognizing and handling common dermatological issues. Not only did the session cover foundational knowledge, but participants were also guided on how to choose skincare products and cosmetics that are appropriate, safe, and effective among diverse options available on the market.

Thanks to its practical nature, the training received enthusiastic responses with many questions throughout the program. In particular, the Kahoot activity along with small gifts helped create a fun learning atmosphere, allowing participants to both reinforce their knowledge and connect more with each other.

Closing the session, each participant not only cultivated useful knowledge about skincare but also gained more proactivity in caring for themselves daily - an important part of the sustainable development journey ahead.
