[HANOI] PRESENTATION PROJECT - TEAMWORK SKILLS TRAINING
Jan 11, 2026
At the weekend in mid-January, the "Teamwork Skills" training session for the F15 seeds was held in Hanoi as part of the presentation project for first-year students of VietSeeds. The program was led by Mr. Nam - a trainer with over 10 years of experience in training and human development, bringing the students various practical perspectives on teamwork and the role of an individual within a group.

Throughout the session, the students had the opportunity to participate in a series of interactive activities designed to encourage listening, coordination, and joint decision-making. By directly experiencing group work situations, they had the chance to reflect on how they communicate, cooperate, and show responsibility when working with others. Each activity contributed to helping participants clearly identify their strengths and areas for improvement in a collective environment.

Practical activities such as "Magic Hands," "Surviving at Sea," and "Leadership is Easy" have become vivid lessons on teamwork skills and leadership abilities. During the process of solving challenges, the Seeds learned how to divide roles, respect differences, and maintain team spirit under pressure. Through this, they gradually realized that teamwork is not only aimed at a common goal but also reflects the attitude and choices each individual makes to accompany the group.

In addition to experiential activities, close sharing from Mr. Nam about communication, respect, and the spirit of cooperation helped Seeds F15 better understand the value of a positive attitude in teamwork. Many thanks to Mr. Nam for concluding the training session with many meaningful lessons, providing motivation for the students to proactively connect, confidently express themselves, and be ready to contribute to the upcoming activities on their university journey.
