HANOI - PAY IT FORWARD PROJECT : TRAINING “PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILL”

On January 4th, to kick off the series of events under the Pay It Forward Project program for Seeds F14 in 2026, a training session on the topic "Project Management Skills" was successfully held in an open and inspiring atmosphere. The program was led by Ms. Thanh Huong - Finance Coach of RISE 2026, Co-founder & CEO of C-coach Academy. With many years of experience in auditing, finance, and project management, Ms. Huong brought about practical perspectives, especially suitable for the implementation process of the Pay It Forward project.

The training session began with a mini-game "Project Rescue," where groups had to handle common situations encountered when running a project such as staff shortages, delays, internal conflicts, or changing goals. This activity helped students quickly immerse themselves, practice timely decision-making skills, and realize the importance of clearly defining goals from the outset.

Next up is the sharing session about the project management process, in which Ms. Thanh Huong systematized important steps such as planning, task division, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, risk management, and performance evaluation. The content was presented clearly, emphasizing the role of structure, data, and coordination in building a sustainable project.

The class ended with a direct exchange session, where everyone shared real difficulties and received appropriate guidance to overcome potential obstacles. This was truly a valuable training session, boosting confidence and motivation for the Seeds F14 to continue their journey of creating positive impacts for the community. VietSeeds would like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Thanh Huong for accompanying the students in this program!
