On March 31st, 2023, the tour of Persolkelly Vietnam in Hanoi and the training session “Working with different styles of people '' occurred successfully with the participation of 15 RISERs. 

VietSeeds students visited the office and learned about the arrangement and missions of departments with the conduction of Persolkelly’s representatives. RISERs had an opportunity to explore the open-plan office model - in which every staff member can share the open workspace, connect and exchange with each other not divided by grade or department. Moreover, Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha - Manager and Operation Excellence of Persolkelly Hanoi shared about the company’s history of establishment and development, its position in the HR recruitment service industry, and many considerable opportunities for active young people. 

Ms. Truong Ngoc Dung - Head of Executive Search & Selection of Persolkelly Hanoi led this animated training session. During this discussion, Ms. Dung brought out some suggestions and helped RISERs learn about basic steps, golden rules in working with many different styles of people to establish stable relationships in the workplace, and some tips for effective communication or collaboration. 

The main feature of this training session was that every student had chances to share about their actual situations and then Ms. Dung would give detailed analysis and flexible solutions for them. RISERs also took a chance to apply their knowledge and combined it with their perspective by solving case studies related to the difficulties of fresh graduates.
