On April 12th, in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the RISERs participated in the presentation of the solution for Case Study 2 as part of the RISE 2026 program, continuing their journey of developing strategic thinking, critical analysis, and teamwork skills. The event welcomed the support of the judges and dedicated professional coaches: Mr. Luu Huynh (Sales Coach), Ms. Ha Nguyen (CEO & Marketing Coach), Mr. Dang Khoa (Finance Coach), Ms. Uyen Trinh (HR Coach) in Ho Chi Minh City; along with Ms. Ngoc Le (Sales Coach), Ms. Minh Hue (Marketing Coach), Ms. Nhung (HR Coach), and Ms. Thanh Huong (Finance Coach) in Hanoi.

During the presentation, the teams worked through a simulated business scenario, starting from context analysis, problem identification, solution development, to critique and adjustment of the plan. Through this, the participants clearly demonstrated progress in systemic thinking, the ability to coordinate between departments, and an increasingly cohesive team spirit.

Not only stopping at providing solutions, the most valuable point of the Case Study lies in the process of debating and continuously optimizing the approach to the problem under the guidance of the coaches. The multifaceted feedback from the seniors helped the RISERs see more clearly the areas that need improvement, while also broadening their perspective on the practical operation within businesses.
