On March 18th, VietSeeds RISE Program in Hanoi successfully organized the first Case study presentation with the participation of Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – CEO, department directors, and staff members who were VietSeeds students. Over a month of working hard and many lengthy discussions, four departments: Marketing, Sales, HR & Admin, and Finance alternately gave a presentation and proposed solutions for VietSeeds English Center to solve their problems. 

The lecture occurred professionally and ardently due to the departments’ thorough preparations and confident manner. All other departments paid attention to the presentation and raised many questions after this. And the lecture became more and more enjoyable with the direction of CEO Ngoc Anh. 

Significantly, all departments received valuable advice from Executive Board that helped them analyze the questions in-depth, more comprehensively, and creatively. Moreover, RISERs understood clearly the missions of departments and the importance of coordinating effectively between them to solve problems and reach the firm’s goals.
