On Sunday afternoon, February 26, 2023, at the Dolphy Coffee space in District 2, Risers had the opportunity to participate in a guided session on making natural soap. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Duong Bich Giang, an alumni of VietSeeds, who possesses a passion and experience in the field of natural soap and cosmetics. As part of the VietSeeds RISE program, alongside case study solving and skill training sessions, students also engaged in various interesting artistic experiences, aiming to balance and enrich their spiritual lives.

In this workshop, Ms. Giang shared her journey in the realm of natural soap-making, providing insights into the specific type of soap and its distinctions from artificial varieties. She also discussed the process and techniques involved in creating natural soaps suitable for daily use, with pleasant fragrances.

A highlight of the workshop was that RISErs had the hands-on experience of measuring and mixing each ingredient to craft their personalized soap bars. The students had meaningful and hands-on experiences during this workshop, further enhancing their connection with VietSeeds RISE.
