Simultaneously, the project’s goal is to inspire students, helping them to face challenges with confidence and determination, and continue to make efforts on their own career paths.

Through podcast episodes featuring discussions with speakers and a series of articles delving into the essence of "authentic people, real work", the Career Guidebook has delivered high-quality, practical information about various professions, and numerous interesting real-life stories and experiences. Students from VietSeeds participating in the Career Guidebook project express their genuine joy, as this space has become a connecting and sharing hub, accompanying many final-year high school students on their journey to shape their futures.
