The Blue Pea - Butterfly Pea for the Elderly project was launched with the goal of providing income for elderly people living alone in rural areas in the village of Đa Cốc, Bình Thanh commune, Kiến Xương district, Thái Bình province through the sale of butterfly pea tea products; introducing a potential crop with a high economic value and promoting the values of completely natural products to a wider range of consumers.

The project is operated based on a social enterprise model. All profits would be used for reinvestment and to create stable income for the project's beneficiaries. The project members would develop products and bring them to consumers through a range of product lines such as dried butterfly pea tea, butterfly pea powder, gift sets, etc.

With the unique, practical, and enthusiastic ideas of the project members, Blue Pea has reached over 11,000 people on its official fanpage, raised funds and sold products through various channels with a total revenue of nearly 5,000,000 VND. All of this money has been sent to the elderly who are the beneficiaries of the project.
