On December 9th, 2023, VietSeeds successfully organized the Mentor Orientation & Networking Mentor - Mentee session in Hue. That was the first official meeting for mentors and seeds to meet, connect and understand more about each other as well as the Mentoring program.

Under the guidance of Ms. Huyen Ton Nu Cat Tuong - Co-Founder & CEO of VietSeeds Scholarship Fund and Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang - National Operation Manager of VietSeeds Scholarship Fund, the meeting took place in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Thereby, everyone found the answer to the following questions: How to preserve and develop the Mentor - Mentee relationship; The importance of writing a monthly Mentor - Mentee diary; How to handle some difficult situations during the working process between Mentor and Mentee from the perspective of both sides.

Ms. Cat Tuong said that "Sharing is caring" - this is an important key for each person to be more proactive and sincere in building and developing a good Mentor - Mentee relationship.
