The training session under the theme "Communication and Networking Skill" within the framework of the S.E.E.D 2025 program was held on Sunday, December 7th at the Hue Book and Culture Space, led by Ms. Huyen Ton Nu Cat Tuong - Co-founder and Managing Director of VietSeeds. This is one of the key activities of the program, aiming to support the Seeds in developing communication skills and building relationships in both study and life.

In a close, open, and highly connected space, the students all participated in many interactive activities, group discussions, and practical situational exercises. Through the process of exchanging and working together, they gradually identified the "invisible barriers" in communication such as shyness, lack of confidence, or fear of being judged, thereby learning how to overcome them step by step with proactiveness, sincerity, and listening. The training session not only provided knowledge but also helped the Seeds realize that effective communication is a skill that can be trained, starting from understanding oneself and respecting the other person.

A special highlight of the program was the handwritten letter activity, where students had the opportunity to sit down, connect with their personal emotions, and convey sincere thoughts through each word. The activity brought about deep, warm feelings, serving as a reminder that sometimes just a word or a letter from the heart is enough to touch and support others and even oneself.
