On April 4th, students from generations F13, F14, and F15 in Hue participated in a teamwork skills training session led by mentor Tran Nguyen Lan Khue. 

The session offered many valuable perspectives, helping each participant clearly understand their role within the group and how to collaborate effectively with teammates. The content centered around five core elements: Listening - Proactivity - Connection - Feedback - Positivity. Through interactive activities and discussions, our Seeds somehow realized the importance of listening to understand, proactively contributing, connecting with teammates, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive attitude. Working in a group is not just about working together, but about growing better together every day, and when each member enhances these necessary skills above, the team becomes more effective, flexible, and sustainable.  

The training concluded not only with useful knowledge but also as an opportunity for each participant to reflect, improve themselves, and continue developing teamwork skills on their journey ahead.
